1. Click your avatar at the top right
  2. Click users
    Create_user
  3. Click the green Add User button on the right hand side
    Add_user

    1. Enter the user’s first name
    2. Enter the user’s surname (family name)
    3. Enter the user’s Email address
    4. Set the user’s timezone
      User account configure
  4. In order to create a user you will need to create a password for that user,
    1. Enter your own password
    2. Enter a password for them
    3. Confirm the password for them
      User_password
  5. You can also click on a user you have already created in order to change their password or edit any information about them in the same way.
